A History of Caring
Golden Retriever Rescue of SouthWest Florida, Inc.,
formed in 2009, is an all volunteer 501(c)3 non-profit dog rescue organization. Based in SouthWest Florida, GRRSWF is dedicated to finding exceptional homes for Golden Retrievers and Golden mixes who are homeless, abandoned in shelters or surrendered by their owners. To date we have rescued over 1300 dogs.
Mission Statement
Golden Retriever Rescue of SouthWest Florida, Inc. works to ensure that no Golden or Golden mix in need in our area of operation goes without proper care. We work tirelessly to get them any needed medical care and ensure that they are placed in loving homes to live the lives they were meant to live. We also rescue Goldens in dire circumstances in South Korea and support programs that are designed to prevent animal abuse, neglect and cruelty.
